We try our hardest to keep our customers happy and pleased with the product and service they are receiving. Every order is processed and hand checked by us.
But, if for any reason you aren't satisfied with the product you have received we would be happy to offer one of two things:
1.)We will complete an exchange for you, just drop us an email with your name, item purchased, date of purchase and reason for exchange. Once we have replied, post it back to us. Return postage cost must be covered by you.
When it has arrived here, we will send your new request out as soon as possible.
If you are exchanging for a more expensive item, you will be charged. If you are exchanging for a less expensive item, we will refund the difference.
Anything sent back for exchange will be thoroughly checked by us and must be in a re-sellable condition, it must be unworn and unwashed and must contain all labels and merchandise.
2.)We will offer a refund. If you are unhappy with the product you have received and would like your money back, then send us an email with your name, item purchased and date of purchase stating you would like a refund. Then post us back the product and we will refund the full amount including the postage to the original form of payment. Return postage cost must be covered by you the customer.

Make sure you check all your items upon arrival. If for some reason your product reaches you with a fault, please email us with your name, product purchased, date of purchase and explain the fault. After receiving a reply from us, send the faulty item back to us and we will then offer one of two things:
1.) An exchange for the same item (minus the fault)
2.)A full refund including the cost of postage to the original form of payment.
In either case, we will cover the cost of return postage.
ALL EXCHANGES REFUNDS OR FAULTY ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 20 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL ONLINE PURCHASE.
